What we will deliver
- Option of group classes (5 max) or private tuition (one-to-one or two-to-one) to suit you
- Courses delivered in manageable blocks of eight weeks which we have found provides an ideal mix of learning and reinforcement of techniques
- 60 minutes of concentrated tuition per session
- An introductory Pilates session to help you decide whether the Pilatesactive approach is right for you before committing to the full eight week course
- Guarantee on the beginners course, group class. If you decide during the course of eight sessions that pilates exercise is not for you, tell your instructor and we will refund your money on a pro-rata basis
- Illustrated, easy to follow exercise sheets so you can practise at home
- All equipment provided
- Preliminary health/medical questionnaire so that we have the best information to help you exercise safely
- A personalised, relaxed and detailed approach
What we ask of you
- Introductory session, if required, to be booked and paid for in advance
- Private tuition - payment for your eight week course can be made in 2 x four week blocks, prior to commencement of each block
- Group classes – payment, in advance for an eight week course. The one hour sessions will be taken at the same time of day and day of the week
- A weekly commitment to optimise your progression
How to pay and Pilatesactive conditions
- There are 3 payment options: Cash, cheque (made payable to Pilatesactive) and bank transfer (Pilatesactive bank details available on request)
- There are no refunds for classes or tuition booked but not attended
- If you need to alter your pre-booked private tuition session please give 24 hours notice and we will try to fit you in but there are no guarantees of an alternative slot
